Gary P. Stout: President

 Mr. Stout Graduated from the University of Florida in Mechanical Engineering. After graduation he hired on as a Jr. design engineer at Naval Coastal System Center (NCSC) located in Panama City, FL with the Amphibious Warfare Division.  After receiving Engineer of the Year award in 1982 he served as Supervisory Mechanical Engineer at NCSC in charge of Navy Seal Research & Development Program.  NCSC had the lead role for the Navy in design and  testing of all Navy Seal hardware, except weapons.  In charge of 125 engineers and technicians tasked with design and testing various classified components. Received Presidential Meritorious Award for supervising intense fleet readiness program for classified mission.

 In 1987 Mr. Stout joined Ingram Enterprises, Inc. as Vice President. Responsible for technical submittals, correspondence and field operations for commercial drywall operations.  At the time the company employed approximately 125 – 200 employees.  Major projects completed were Disney’s World Headquarters  in Orlando, FL; Blatz Brewery Condo Conversion in Milwaukee, WI; Airport in St. Thomas, USVI and Myrtle Beach Convention Center, Myrtle Beach, SC. He served on the Board of Directors for Florida Wall and Ceiling Contractors Association (FWCCA). In 1992 Mr. Stout purchased 100% of the Company and still remains President today. He is very involved in the community and has served on numerous community Boards and Volunteers when ever possible.

Yazdan (Yaz) Ghiaie: Vice President

Yazdan (Yaz) Ghiaie
Mr. Ghiaie has lived in Tallahassee since 1977, and is married with two children. Yaz graduated from Florida A & M Univeristy with a Bachelor of Science, in Architecture.  With over 30 years of Architecture and Construction experience, Yaz has a vast knowledge of construction, speciallizing in metal stud framing and drywall. He joined the Ingram Enterprises team in 1987 as an Estimator and Project Manager.  In 1993 Yaz was promoted to Vice President of the Corporation, responsible for overseeing all project operations.
 
Bryan Stout
Secretary Treasurer

Bryan was born in Tallahassee, Fl were he lived until the age of 18. After graduating from Leon High School, he joined the United States Navy.  Bryan's field of expertise in the USN was Network Engineering specializing in cryptology. After being stationed in Japan for 3 years, he left the Navy and joined the private sector continuing his field in Network Engineering.  Bryan worked for two Intelligence agencies in DC,  National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency and Defense Intelligence Agency. While at NGA he directly supported the Director of NGA, and lead the Video Teleconferencing Team in the efforts to support the war fighter. At DIA he was part of the Engineering team that designed and deployed the first Voice of Internet Protocol or VoIP collaboration system for the US Intelligence field. In 2007 Bryan rejoined the Ingram Enterprises team as the Safety Director and then Secretary Treasurer. Bryan now oversees all finances and helps oversee all projects.

Bryan is Happily married with a daughter and a boy on the way.

Rollen Thomas
Estimator

Rollen was born in Quincy, Fl. After graduating from the University of South Fl with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice he entered the field of construction. Rollen started his career as a laborer with Gulf Coast Plastering & Drywall quickly learning the trade of finishing. He then moved his way up to an estimating role. Soon after he moved on to lead estimating for Cornerstone Lathing in St. Petersburg, Fl. In early 1996 Rollen joined the IEI family and today is a valuable part of the team bring more than 30+ years to the table. Rollen has been married for 30+ years of experience and has 2 children.

The project I am most proud to be associated with is the Ghazvini Center for Health Care Education. Having had a daughter who graduated from Nursing school, I am proud to have a part in the construction of this valuable educational facility that will help train many health care professionals.”

Kris Rayne
Office Manager

Kris was born in South Florida were she lived up until relocating to Tallahassee in 2005. Upon relocating to Tallahassee, she worked for Mainline Information Systems as a Contracts Specialist. Before that Kris worked as an Office Manager for Malema Engineering Company for 13 years and previous to working for Malema, was in Banking for 10 years. Kris' formal Education comes from Florida Atlantic University, Business School. Kris joined the IEI team in Early 2009 and has quickly become a vauled member.

Kris is married with two beautiful children.

 

 
Jeff Achey
Field Supervisor

Jeff was born in Houston, TX. After graduating high school he worked in a machine shop. In 1987 Jeff decided to change career paths and moved into Commercial Drywall Construction. In 1990 he joined the Ingram Enterprises family and has been a valued member ever since. Jeff specializes in large projects and has managed crews of over 100 people. He has supervised many hospital projects and has become very familiar with AHCA requirements. Jeff brings a great deal of experience to the table and is truly a valued member of the IEI team.

 

 
Butch Howe
Field Supervisor

Butch was born and raised in Jacksonville, Fl. and has worked as a supervisor for Ingram Enterprises since 1994. Before working for Ingram Butch worked for other area contractors and  graduated from Albany Jr College, followed by West GA college. Butch is a real hands on type of leader, which helps drive his projects in under budget and on time. He is a valuable team member, and always has the best interest at heart.

Bryant Hill
Field Supervisor

Bryant was born in Canten Ohio and graduated from Lake High School in Hartville Ohio. Before joining Ingram Enterprises in 2001, Bryant gained many years of experience in a vast variety of jobs. He has worked for Clyde Beatty Cole Brothers Circus, Compass/Falcon Trucking Co., T&A Construction and many more. Bryant has quickly shown that he is an up and coming Supervisor. With more than 11 years of experience and has already lead teams completing million dollar projects. Bryant also helps out in the community as a Volunteer Fire Fighter and a coach supporting his boys activities. He is Married with 2 children and a die hard FSU fan.

Theron Miller
Field Supervisor

Theron was born and raised in Cairo, GA. and has worked with Ingram Enterprises since 1994.During his time with the firm he has completed many projects and been a valued member of the team. Theron has traveled through out the state completing projects on time and under budget. Some of his most notable projects include FSU/FAMU Challenger Learning Center, which IEI earned ABC's prestigious Specialty Project of the Year award and was featured in Walls and Ceilings; FSU College of Medicine Phases 1 & 2 with a value in excess of $2.7M. Most recent was FAMU Developmental Reasearch School. In addition to his value at Ingram Enterprises, Mr. Miller is a valued in the community where he is a volunteer fire fighter for a very long time.

Rick Williamson

During this time he has contributed to more than 40 projects and has played an important role in their success. In 2005 Rick was promoted to Project Superitendent and has used his extensive knowledge to better himself and the company.
